Through our commercial property management division, Haymaker Property Management, our company was court appointed receiver for nearly 20 properties in the 1990's.  Our company took those properties and immediately began to continue the day to day maintenance operations, made necessary repairs and maintenance, started a dialogue with existing tenants for rent collections of current and past due rents all in an effort to stabilize these properties and to maintain and improve the property values.   Haymaker Property Management handled every type of real estate asset during that time including the successful operation of a fast food restaurant.
