Through our commercial property management division, REMMCO Services, Inc., our company was court appointed receiver for nearly 20 properties in the 1990's. Our company took those properties and immediately began to continue the day to day maintenance operations, made necessary repairs and maintenance, started a dialogue with existing tenants for rent collections of current and past due rents all in an effort to stabilize these properties and to maintain and improve the property values. REMMCO handled every type of real estate asset during that time including the successful operation of a fast food restaurant.

REMMCO currently has in its property management portfolio over 500,000 square feet that it manages on a daily basis.
The in-house accounting firm of Shaver and Coons, PSC which is affiliated with our Profit Pointe, LLC holding company, employs three CPA's with over 40 years of combined experience, primarily in real estate, is responsible for rent collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, CAM expense calculations and general ledger reporting. The staff maintains and utilizes the Yardi Property Management Software.
In addition, the accounting company provides tax and financial services for all types of real estate needs ranging from property management, construction management, real estate partnerships to real land development.
