Frank Mattone has over 36 years of private real estate sales and leasing experience in central business district and suburban commercial real estate markets in Lexington and surrounding counties. Prior to the private sector, his experience includes 15 years as a professional in the public sector land use planning, administration of local government regulations and city management in Ohio, Virginia and Lexington.
Mattone, a University of Kentucky graduate architect, also holds a Miami University masters degree in urban planning. Demonstrated skills necessary to help insure a successful venture might include project scope development, financial strategies, coordination of professional and construction services, leasing, property management and governmental liaison as illustrated in over $160 million in completed real estate projects in and around central Kentucky.
Frank was active in the Home Builders Association of Lexington, having served on its board and as chairman of its Developer's Council. He also served on the boards of the Downtown Lexington Corporation, Bluegrass Tomorrow and CPAL.
Frank and his wife Mina, who is also active in real estate and local civic affairs, have three grown children.
